Denem Livi Jacket

Genuine 1970's Levi Strauss Denim Jacket.

This original Levi jacket was purchased from Harrods in London around 1974. It was rarely worn and has been wrapped up in a drawer for the past 45 years or so. Hence the fact it is not faded, been torn or has any holes in it - as other jackets of this vintage usually show. It has basically been frozen in time.

It was worn to the Cardiff Castle concert in 1976 and saw Status Quo perform so has soaked up some very good vibes. It's new owner/wearer will no doubt get the feel of what life was like in the 70's in the UK just by slipping it on.

But now it is time for it to move on as its current owner is too old and too fat to really look cool in something like this anymore.

Size is large with measurements roughly as follows:

• Sleeve length (unfolded) - 24" (61cm)
• Between the shoulders - 18.5" (47cm)
• Across the back/front - 23" (58cm) so assume a 46" (117cm) chest measurement.

As you can tell from the photos, you would be very lucky to find a Levi jacket of this vintage in such immaculate condition anywhere else.
